A sales person is traveling all the time. A programmer is always at this desk. A doctor is always dealing with patients.
Different professions bring different types of fatigues and highs leading to different set of issues.
If this is the case how can the wellness programs be the same?
There cannot be a one size fits all approach. We cannot just have a yoga teacher and arrange a wellness program. We need to balance what is missing in their routine.
e.g. a sales person might need more of motivation as how to handle failure, and manage his ego,
a programmer might need desk yoga and walk outdoors to get rid of desk fatigue.
Giving a one size fits all solution to these would neither be wise nor effective. Hence a wellness program offered with this awareness would be much more useful.
