The stress build up

Then there are times when you can’t sleep at night. Because you are continuously thinking about work.

You wake up early in the morning and start to work. Then in ten minutes you get ready and leave for office.

You do it because it’s once in a while. And slowly everyone starts relying on you a little more. The frequency of such exceptions keep increasing and you reach a breakdown stage of either your mental health or physical health.
