Tuesday unwind

Tuesdays are tiring a little more than Mondays as the week starts. So you are back home a little more tired. Here are some tips to unwind
  1. Have a snack you love
  2. Chat with kids and if you realise no-one is in a good mood watch a movie
  3. If there is still hunger it must be stress eating so diverting attention is a better idea
  4. Reflect on what has been achieved in last two days and be grateful for that
  5. Watch a comedy show if movie doesn’t work
