Enjoying Winter Workouts

Sunny days in winters are the best cure for lethargy. Sun is great to feel good, for generating Vitamin D, for comforting and for spending outdoor time with family.

  1. Family picnic: Just pack some goodies and head to the nearby park with a mat and disposable utensils
  2. Reading: Reading is one of the things you can do in the sun. It helps in relaxing in your own company.
  3. A short walk: Walking is beneficial and doable when the weather is great. So if you are missing outdoor time due to bad weather do it now.
